Going Forward 2026/27

Dear Valued Customers

We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support for our indoor and outdoor storage facility here at Higher Mosserley Farm.

In light of the current economic conditions, we will be implementing a price adjustment effective from April 2026.

This marks our second cost revision in the five years, in providing the storage services.

Please be advised that the price increase will apply to Indoor Storage beginning 6th April 2026. Additionally, as we have now reached the VAT threshold, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to our prices starting April 2026. The additional 20% will be remitted directly to HMRC.

The revised Indoor Storage Fees, effective from the new financial year commencing 6th April 2026, are listed below:

Standard Caravan - £530.00 + VAT
Twin Axle - £550.00 + VAT
8ft Wide Caravans - £600.00 + VAT
Other Vehicles – Motorhomes, Camper Vans, Cars, etc: Price available upon request.

We’re dedicated to offerting a loyalty scheme for those who store and stay with us.

Services like siting, setup and leveling will still be free of charge, during your stay at HMF. At no extra cost, we will, still retrieve your caravan from storage for collections, and return to the storage, during the season.

Between October and March, additional charges will apply for retrieving units from storage, off season. Bookings can be made in advance for this too.
